Overview
EG2003 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing circuitry, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output driver circuitry, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supply drive circuits. The EG2003 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 200V and a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 10V~20V. The HIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is I O +/- 0.3A/0.6A. Available in SOP8 package.
