Overview
EG2108 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supply drive circuits. The EG2108 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 10V–20V. The HIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when the inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO +/-0.3/0.6A. Available in SOP8 package.
