EG2005

EG2005 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), lockout protection, level-shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuitry, specifically designed for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The high-side operating voltage reaches up to 220V, the low-side VCC supply voltage range is 10V–20V, and quiescent current consumption is approximately 100μA. A lockout function prevents simultaneous conduction of output power transistors. The HIN input channel has a built-in 250K pull-down resistor and the LIN input channel has a built-in 250K pull-down resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO+/- 0.3/0.6A. Available in SOP8 package.
