Overview
The 600X series features a 1MHz gain bandwidth product, 0.8V/μs slew rate, and 75μA typical quiescent current per amplifier at 5V. The series is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage and low-noise systems, capable of driving heavy loads with rail-to-rail output swing. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum input offset voltage across the entire 600X series is 3.5mV. These devices operate over an industrial temperature range (-40°C ~ +125°C) with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 6V. The 6001 single-channel amplifier is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages. The 6002 dual-channel and 6004 quad-channel amplifiers are available in SOP-8, MSOP-8, and Green SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages, respectively.
