Overview
The 600X series features a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product, 0.8V/μs slew rate, and 75μA quiescent current per amplifier from a 5V supply. The series is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage and low-noise systems. They are capable of rail-to-rail output swing under heavy loads. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the 600X series has a maximum input offset voltage of 3.5mV. The series is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The operating voltage range is 1.8V to 6V. The 6001 single-channel version is available in green SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages. The 6002 dual-channel version is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The 6004 quad-channel version is available in green SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
