Overview
The HEF4060 is a 14-stage ripple-carry binary counter/divider and oscillator, featuring three oscillator terminals, ten buffered outputs, and an asynchronous master reset input. The oscillator configuration allows RC or crystal oscillator circuits to be designed, and can also be driven by an external clock signal. The counter advances on the falling edge of the clock signal. A high level on the master reset input resets the counter. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 3V to 15V. Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or other inputs.
