HG8551CM5/TR

The HG855X amplifiers are single/dual-supply, micropower, zero-drift CMOS operational amplifiers offering 1.5MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and single-supply operation from 2.1V to 5.5V. Using chopper stabilization technology, the HG855X delivers ultralow offset voltage (30µV maximum) and near-zero temperature drift. The low quiescent supply current of 320µA per amplifier and ultralow input bias current of 20pA make these devices ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The HG855X provides excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design achieves superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The HG8551 is available in SOT23-5, DFN-8, and SOP8 packages. The HG8552 is available in MSOP8, DFN-8, and SOP8 packages. The extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
