Overview

The HGV77x amplifiers are single/dual-supply, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 1.5MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and single-supply operation from 2.1V to 5.5V. The HGV77x uses a stable chopper technique that provides very low offset voltage (maximum less than 5μV) with near-zero drift over the entire temperature range. Low quiescent current of 320μA per amplifier and an extremely low input bias current of only 20pA make this device an ideal choice for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The HGV77x achieves excellent CMRR without the frequency-splitting associated with traditional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance for driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
