The HGV600xA series single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel op-amps are designed for general-purpose, cost-sensitive systems and applications. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (75μA typical), wide bandwidth (1.5 MHz), and ultra-low noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), these devices are highly attractive for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, consumer electronics, smoke detectors, portable medical equipment, and white goods. Low input bias current enables use in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the HGV600xA amplifiers offers ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable, capable of driving capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5kV HBM). The HGV600xA amplifiers are optimized to operate over a voltage range from +1.8V (±0.9V) to +5.5V (±2.75V) at temperatures from 0°C to 70°C, and can operate over a voltage range of +2.0V (±1.0V) to +5.5V (±2.75V) over the extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
