Overview
HX324V-S/HX324V-TS is a low-power, rail-to-rail input and output op-amp. The device features a wide input common-mode voltage range and output swing, operating from supply voltages as low as 2.1V up to 5.5V. It delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 1.1MHz while consuming only approximately 45μA per channel. The ultra-low input bias current (typical 10pA) makes it well suited for photodiode amplifier and piezoelectric sensor interface applications. The rail-to-rail input/output characteristic also makes it ideal for single-supply systems. This amplifier family targets portable devices, battery-powered systems, and low-power sensor signal conditioning and interface applications.
