Overview
The HX4348-S/HX4348-TS is a low-power op-amp featuring rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback. The device offers a wide input common-mode voltage range and output swing, with a minimum operating voltage of 2.1V and a maximum recommended operating voltage of 5.5V. It is widely used as a power amplifier in various compact or portable stereo recorders. With approximately 45μA quiescent current per amplifier, the HX4348-S/HX4348-TS delivers a gain-bandwidth product of up to 1.1MHz. In addition, the device features an extremely low input bias current of approximately 10pA, making it suitable for integrated photodiode amplifiers and piezoelectric sensors. Its rail-to-rail input and output buffering also makes it ideal for specific IC designs in single-supply systems. Application areas for this amplifier family include security monitoring, portable equipment, battery and power management, supply control, and signal processing and interface design in low-power sensor systems.
