Overview

The HX6001R-ST/HX6001-ST/HX6002-S/HX6004-S series op-amps, available in single, dual, and quad channel options, are designed for cost-sensitive systems and applications. These amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 75 μA), wide bandwidth (1.5 MHz), and ultra-low noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making them ideal for battery-powered applications requiring a balance between cost and performance. The low input bias current allows these amplifiers to be used with high-impedance sources. The series is designed to be robust and easy to use for circuit designers — maintaining unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrating RF/EMI rejection filters, exhibiting no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and providing high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). These amplifiers are optimized for a voltage range of +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) and a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. They can also operate over a voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Available in SOT23, SOP-8, and SOP-14 packages.
