Overview
IP2312U is a 5V input IC that supports synchronous buck charging management for single-cell lithium batteries. With integrated power MOSFETs and a synchronous switching architecture, it requires minimal external components in application, effectively reducing the overall solution size and lowering BOM cost. The boost switching charge converter operates at 750KHz, with a maximum charging current of 3A. At 5V input and 3.7V/2A output, conversion efficiency reaches ±94%. The charging current can be configured via an external resistor. With a 5V input, the IC features intelligent charging current regulation to prevent adapter overload. Available in ESOP8 package.
