Overview
The IRS2304S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic levels as low as 3.3V. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET in a high-side configuration with operating voltages up to 600V.
