Overview
The LG388ED is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET in a high-side configuration with operating voltages up to 600V.
