This device is a multifunctional power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery charge status indication, providing a complete power solution for Bluetooth earphone charging cases and power banks. The charging current and charging voltage are adjustable, supporting various lithium battery specifications, with a maximum charging current of 1A. The charging current can be automatically adjusted based on lithium battery temperature, enhancing safety and reliability. The discharge output is a fixed 5V voltage with efficiency up to 95%. Standby current as low as 3μA supports long-term lithium battery standby. The device integrates charging and charge-complete indication functions, as well as a battery-not-connected indication function. The charging port and output port are allowed to be short-circuited, facilitating layout design for different applications.
