Overview

The LMV641 is a low-power, wide-bandwidth op-amp with an extended supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V. The device features a gain bandwidth product of 10MHz with unity-gain stability at a typical supply current of 138μA. Additional key specifications include: PSRR of 105dB, CMRR of 120dB, VOS of 500μV, input-referred voltage noise of 14nV/√Hz, and THD of 0.002%. This amplifier features a rail-to-rail output stage and a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative supply. The LMV641 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is available in space-saving 5-pin SC70, SOT-23, and 8-pin SOIC packages.
