MCP6004AIM/TR

The MCP600xA series single, dual, and quad op amps are designed for general-purpose, cost-sensitive systems and applications. Features including rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (75 µA typical), wide bandwidth (1.5 MHz), and ultralow noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz) make them ideal for battery-powered applications requiring a strong balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, consumer electronics, smoke detectors, portable medical devices, and white goods. Low input bias current enables use in applications with megaohm-range source impedances. The robust design of the MCP600xA amplifiers offers ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable, capable of driving capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5 kV HBM). The MCP600xA amplifiers are optimized for operation over a voltage range of +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) at temperatures from 0°C to 70°C, and operate over a voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The MCP6001A (single) is available in a SOT23-5 package. The MCP6001UA (single) is available in a SOT23-5 package. The MCP6002A (dual) is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The quad MCP6004A is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
