Overview
ME6249 is a low dropout, low power linear regulator fabricated using CMOS process, with an integrated voltage reference, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. The ME6249 supports an input voltage up to 18V and an output current up to 250mA. The internal feedback voltage enables fixed output voltage setting, with an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.0V. An output overshoot protection circuit ensures no significant overshoot during hot-plug power-on.
