Overview
The ME6301 is an ultra-low noise, high PSRR LDO linear regulator capable of delivering 250mA output current. When used with 1μF input and 1μF output ceramic capacitors, it achieves excellent noise performance without additional noise bypass capacitors, saving board space. The device is suitable for noise-sensitive applications such as high-performance analog circuits. The output can be disabled via the on-chip enable pin, with 0μA shutdown current consumption. The device integrates soft-start, thermal protection, and current limiting protection, housed in compact DFN1×1-4 and SOT23-5 packages.
