The MMCP6004T-I/ST (quad) is a general-purpose, low-offset, high-frequency response, low-power op-amp. With an excellent 1MHz bandwidth, 1V/μs slew rate, and 28μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V, the MMCP6004T-I/ST series is designed for a wide range of applications. The MMCP6004T-I/ST op-amps are designed to deliver performance in low-voltage and low-power systems. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, with a maximum input offset voltage of 3mV. These devices can drive heavy loads to achieve rail-to-rail output swing. The MMCP6004T-I/ST series op-amps operate from 1.5V to 5.5V single or dual supply, with a specified operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
