Overview
The MSAD860x series offers low-voltage operation and rail-to-rail input/output, along with an excellent speed-to-power ratio — delivering 8MHz bandwidth, 6.5V/μs slew rate, and 510μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V. The op-amps are unity-gain stable and feature ultralow input bias current. The MSAD860x is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage systems. They provide rail-to-rail input/output with a maximum input offset voltage of 2.5mV. They also exhibit strong capacitive load drive capability at low supply voltages. Operating voltage range is 2.2V to 5.5V. The MSAD860x series op-amps are specified over the full temperature range of -40°C to +85°C on single or dual supplies from 2.2V to 5.5V.
