Overview
The NSG2117 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The floating channel enables high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 700V. Available in SOP8 package, operating over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
