NSG2127

NSG2127 is a high-voltage, high-speed single-channel high-side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver with overcurrent detection. Utilizing a high-low voltage compatible process for single-chip integration of the high-side gate drive circuit, the logic input level is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The built-in high-side overcurrent protection circuit shuts down the output when an overcurrent condition is detected, while simultaneously asserting a fault signal through an open-drain FAULT pin. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 300V. Available in SOP8 package, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
