Overview
NSG2127 is a high-voltage, high-speed single-channel high-side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver IC with overcurrent detection. Fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process, it integrates the high-side gate drive circuit in a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The built-in high-side overcurrent protection circuit shuts down the output upon detecting an overcurrent condition, while simultaneously asserting a fault signal through an open-drain FAULT pin. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 300V. Housed in an SOP8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
