Overview
NSG2308 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a high-voltage compatible process, both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 700V. Packaged in SOP8, it operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
