Overview
The NSG3022 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process, it integrates both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 300V. The NSG3022 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
