Overview
NSG3024 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The device employs a high-voltage compatible process to achieve single-chip integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Its logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 300V. The NSG3024 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
