Overview
NSG6020 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent isolated transmission channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, and features high-current pulse output capability. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The output current capability reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel maximum operating voltage is 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
