Overview
NSG6021 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent signal transmission channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, and features high-current pulse output capability. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The peak output current reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
