Overview
NSG6003 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The chip uses a high-low voltage compatible process, enabling monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Its logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels down to 3.3V. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET with a maximum operating voltage up to 600V. The NSG6003 is available in an SOP8 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
