Overview
NSG6004 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high-side and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The device is fabricated using a process technology compatible with both high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, enabling integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuitry on a single chip. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The NSG6004 floating channel is designed to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum operating voltage of 600V on the floating channel. The device is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
