NSG6008

This device is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs a high-voltage compatible process that enables integration of both high- and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels down to 3.3V. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 650V. The device is available in a SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
