Overview
The UMW OPA340 series operates from single supplies as low as 2.5V, with an input common-mode voltage range that extends 500mV below ground and 500mV above the positive supply. With a 100kΩ load, the output voltage swing reaches within 1mV of either supply rail. These devices offer excellent dynamic response (bandwidth = 5.5MHz, slew rate = 6V/µs) while drawing only 750µA of quiescent current. Dual and quad versions feature fully independent circuitry for minimum crosstalk and freedom from interaction. All devices are rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C, with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
