Overview

The OPA379 series operational amplifiers feature a 100kHz gain-bandwidth product, 40V/ms slew rate, stability at gains ≥10, and 600nA quiescent current per amplifier from a 5V supply. Designed to deliver performance in low-voltage, low-noise systems, they are capable of driving heavy loads with rail-to-rail output swing. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, with a maximum input offset voltage of 3mV. The operating temperature range covers extended industrial grade (-40°C ~ +125°C), with a supply voltage range of 1.4V ~ 5.5V. The OPA379 single-channel variant is available in green SOT-23-5, SOP-8, and MSOP-8 packages; the OPA2379 dual-channel variant is available in green SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages; the OPA4379 quad-channel variant is available in a green TSSOP-14 package.
