Overview
The RS1G17-Q1 single Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for Vcc operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device contains one buffer that performs the Boolean function Y = A. It operates as a standalone buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, providing different input threshold levels for rising-edge (VT+) and falling-edge (VT−) signals to provide hysteresis (ΔVT), which allows the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. The RS1G17-Q1 is offered in a green SC70-5 package with an operating ambient temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
