Overview
SK6013S is a low-dropout, low-power linear regulator that delivers an exceptionally high power supply rejection ratio while maintaining an ultra-low 40μA ground current, making it ideal for RF applications and portable devices such as wireless handsets and PDAs. The device employs advanced CMOS process technology and a PMOSFET pass element to achieve fast startup, ultra-low noise, and excellent transient response. The SK6013S remains stable with a 1μF ceramic output capacitor, and incorporates a precision voltage reference with a feedback loop for high accuracy. The device is available in DFN1×1-4, SOT23-5, and SC70-5 packages.
