Overview
This single 3-input positive-NOR gate is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V Vcc operation. The SN74LVC1G27DBVR-MS/SN74LVC1G27DCKR-MS Y(overline)=A + B + C or Y(overline)=A · B · C in positive logic. The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad Vcc operating range. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using lof. The loff circuitry prevents damaging current backflow through the device when the gate is powered down and its output is floating.
