Overview
SP202EN is a dual driver/receiver compliant with the RS-232 standard, operating from a single supply voltage. The bipolar output voltage of the transmitters is generated by an integrated voltage multiplier using four external 1.0μF capacitors. Designed for high-performance computing systems and high-speed electronic equipment, it enables highly reliable data exchange between remote nodes. Input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL levels.
