Overview
SP3232EEN is a dual driver/receiver compliant with the RS-232 standard, operating from a single supply voltage. The bipolar output voltages for the transmitters are generated by a built-in voltage doubling charge pump using four external 1.0 μF capacitors. It is designed for state-of-the-art high-performance computing systems, high-speed electronic equipment, and highly reliable data exchange between remote devices. Input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL levels.
