Overview
The TC4427AVOA is a power switch series driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. It offers high latch resistance under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. It will not be damaged by noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin. It can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0kV. Available in an SOIC8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
