Overview
The IR4427S is a power switch family driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The IR4427S offers high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. It will not be damaged by noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin. The IR4427S can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its outputs without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against up to 2.0kV ESD. The IR4427S is housed in an SOIC8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
