Overview
The TC4427AEOA is a power switch series driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. It provides high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. It withstands noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin without damage. It accepts up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against up to 2.0kV ESD. Available in an SOIC8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
