TC7SZ86FU-TP

The TC7SZ86 is a single 2-input exclusive-OR gate. The device is designed for operation with Vcc ranging from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7SZ86 performs the Boolean function Y = A̅B + AB̅ in positive logic. If one input is LOW, the signal on the other input will appear in its true form at the output. If one input is HIGH, the signal on the other input will appear in its complemented form at the output. The device features low power consumption, with a maximum propagation delay TPD of 4.0 ns at 3.3 V with a 15 pF capacitive load. This CMOS device maintains low quiescent power consumption over a wide Vcc operating range while providing high output drive capability. The TC7SZ86 is offered in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
