The TLV600x series of single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel operational amplifiers are specifically designed for general-purpose applications. Devices in this series feature rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (typical: 75 μA), high bandwidth (1 MHz), and low noise (28 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz). These characteristics make them highly attractive for applications that require a good balance between cost and performance, such as consumer electronics, smoke detectors, and white goods. The TLV600x has low input bias current (typical: ±1.00 A), making it suitable for applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range. The device is unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 150 pF and integrates an RF/EMI rejection filter. It does not invert under overdrive conditions and has high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (4 kV human-body model (HBM)). These devices are optimized to operate at low voltages from 1.8 V (±0.9 V) to 5.5 V (±2.75 V) and are rated to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
