Overview

The TP240x series includes single, dual, and quad-channel CMOS op-amps featuring low noise and rail-to-rail input/output, optimized for low-power, single-supply applications. The devices operate over a wide supply voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V, with a low quiescent current of only 3.5mA per channel, making them well-suited for power-sensitive applications. The combination of ultralow noise, high gain-bandwidth product, and fast slew rate makes them ideal for a wide range of applications such as signal conditioning and sensor amplification requiring high gain. Additionally, thanks to low THD+N characteristics, the series is also well-suited for consumer audio applications, particularly single-supply systems. The TP2401 is the single-channel version, available in 8-pin SOIC and 5-pin SOT23 packages. The TP2402 is the dual-channel version, available in 8-pin SOIC and MSOP packages. The TP2404 is the quad-channel version, available in 14-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages.
