The TPS7A60-Q1 and TPS7A61-Q1 are a family of low-dropout linear regulators designed for low quiescent current less than 25µA in light-load applications. These devices feature integrated overcurrent protection and are designed to operate stably even with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. A power-on reset with hysteresis is implemented during device startup to indicate that the output voltage has reached a stable and regulated level. The power-on reset delay is fixed (typical value 250µs) or can be programmed via an external capacitor. The low-voltage tracking feature allows the use of smaller input capacitors and potentially eliminates the need for a boost converter during cold start. With these features, these devices are well suited for power supply requirements in a wide range of automotive applications.
