Overview
U2181C is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with full operating voltage up to +600V, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver stage features a high pulse current buffer stage designed to minimize cross-conduction between driver stages. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations with operating voltages up to 600V.
