Overview
The U3216S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent propagation channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, and features high-current pulse output capability. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The output current capability can reach up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It can be used to drive N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and other devices. Available in SOP-8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
