Overview
The FAN73932 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver with a single input signal controlling both output channels simultaneously. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through prevention lockout. The device features high-current pulse output capability, logic input compatibility down to 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL logic levels, a maximum output current of 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. The FAN73932 is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
